Chicago History Forum: records for cabrini hospital chicago
Posted by: nancy () on 25 Aug 2003 at 11:48:00 PM Cabrini Hospital closed in 1996. Mother Cabrini's other Chicago hospital, Columbus, closed in 2000. Records from Cabrini were transferred there. The best way to find them would be to contact the Mother Cabrini League at 434 W. Deming Place, Chicago, IL 60614. The Sisters can give you information you need.: My nephew was born at Mother Cabrini Hospital in the 1970's. He has lost his birth certificate and needs the hospital address to complete the application for a new one. I have not been able to find any sort of listing for the hospital and assume there is not one in Chicago any more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
