Chicago History Forum: Styx's Paradise Theater
Posted by: Canadian () on 29 Jul 2003 at 9:02:10 PM Alright, I live in Canada and have never been to Chicago but I have all of Styx's albums before their break-up. They have always been proud of their Chicago roots as noted on their sleeves and liners. 'Earl of Roseland' was a tribute to JY who I guess was from Roseland. But can anybody shed some light on their "Paradise Theater" explorations from their 1980 album? Is this a factual account or a sentimental fiction?
